A self-confessed bookworm, Sarah undertook an English Literature Degree in Surrey before starting work in the marketing team at Oxford University Press. After a couple of years, the bright lights were calling, and she left the spires behind to start at Bloomsbury Publishing in London as a Marketing Manager. Working in the Cookery team at Bloomsbury allowed Sarah to combine her loves of food and books, and on moving to Bristol (via a solo backpacking trip in Latin America) she knew she wanted her career to remain within the food industry. Sarah joined PLPR in July 2019 and is happiest when eating al fresco in her courtyard or sampling the delicious fare at Bristol’s many food markets.
