Easter feels like the end of heavy coats and scarves. Crocuses and daffodils have lit up parks and gardens with bright splashes of purple, yellow and white. New season lamb, early asparagus and the first radishes are all due in April. Here are a selection of starters, mains and desserts to celebrate springtime. Meaty, veggie or vegan, tasty is definitely on the menu.
